A language pack is an add-on that allows you to use yoursoftware in more than one language. Each language pack containsonly the text strings and documents required to support a userworking in the specified language. It doesn't duplicate the coreproduct.

As I’ve already described in one of my previous post, language pack integration could be a hell of a ride. Since Windows 10 Version 1809 Microsoft changed the way how language packs are installed. Microsoft now provides “LanguageExperiencePacks” that contain partially-localized language packs. When language pack does not install that mean you need to download the correct version language pack. Inject Language Pack Windows 10. To use DISM command lines, we need the Deployment and Imaging Tools Environment from the Windows 10 ADK. Right click on Deployment and Imaging Tools Environment icon and select Run as administrator. Type dism /get-mountedimageinfo to validate if any other WIM are mounted. Use the Add a language feature to download and install another language for Windows 10 so you can view menus, dialog boxes, and supported apps and websites in that language. To do this: Select the Start button, and then select Settings Time & Language Language. The download for Windows Server 2016 Language Pack is a single ISO file (about 2,6 GB in size) that contains all 38 languages.

  1. Sign in to your account at manage.autodesk.com.
  2. Under All Products and Services, locate your product and clickView downloads.
    Note: For Industry Collections or AutoCADincluding specialized toolsets, click View allitems first to see individual product downloads.
  3. Select the Updates and Add-Ons tab for a list of allavailable downloads, including language packs.
  4. Click the Add filters button to select alanguage.
  5. Select a language and click Apply.
  6. Click the download button. If asked for a location to extractthe files, select the default location unless your software isinstalled in a custom directory.

How to install a language pack

  2. Run the EXE file for the language pack you downloaded. Languagepack file names follow this format:Title_Version_Language_LP_Platform_dlm.sfx.exe.
  3. Click Install on the product installationscreen.
  4. Verify the component you are installing, and click Install inthe target language.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete theinstallation.
  6. Click the new shortcut on your desktop to start your softwarein the language installed.
